In April 2024, a brand new Timber clad cabin measuring 32′ x 10′ (9.6m x 3m) was delivered and installed. It was lifted into position using a Hiab articulated vehicle (lorry with an on board crane) and placed onto concrete pavers.
The client contacted Excel Modular in May after being let down by another modular building company and were desperate to have the buildings manufactured and installed for the beginning of July.
A site visit was conducted which allowed us to assess the clients requirements and understand any onsite constriants. Whilst on site they also asked us to evaluate the removal of two unused buildings.

Faced with a surge in pupil numbers, the school reached out to Excel to secure temporary classrooms until additional spaces could be constructed within the main building.
