Excel was initially approached to supply two linked jackleg cabins; however, following several design proposals, the client ultimately selected a purpose-built modular complex for their new offices in Darlington.
The client first reached out to Excel in 2024 with only minimal details confirmed. At the time, we didn’t know which artist was involved—only that it would be a short-term hire for a concert taking place in Hull.

The client reached out to Excel Modular in October 2023, having previously purchased a gatehouse from us. They were urgently in need of a new building to be delivered and installed before Christmas.
