Our client needed to fulfil a requirement with a limited budget, and so decided a refurbished modular building to house new welfare facilities for the Engineers Department would be ideal, plus the added environmental benefit of using a pre-used building. Following a brief viewing of our modular building, a layout was agreed and refurbishment and alteration work then commenced.
“We replaced all the internal walls and ceilings with new vinyl-faced plasterboard and installed new electrics throughout. The floors were overboarded, and new vinyl was laid and fitted on site.
