Refurbished Welfare Facility

Having supplied numerous buildings over the years to our client, we were delighted to assist them with a requirement to upgrade their existing cabin welfare facilities to a Refurbished Modular Building.

Requirements/Brief: Male and Female Changing Rooms/showers/toilets, large canteen area, storage for equipment.

Our client needed to fulfil a requirement with a limited budget, and so decided a refurbished modular building to house new welfare facilities for the Engineers Department would be ideal, plus the added environmental benefit of using a pre-used building. Following a brief viewing of our modular building, a layout was agreed and refurbishment and alteration work then commenced.

“We replaced all the internal walls and ceilings with new vinyl-faced plasterboard and installed new electrics throughout. The floors were overboarded, and new vinyl was laid and fitted on site. Our client, ABP Immingham was over the moon with the new facility, so much so they now require one for another site.
